can lift vertically and pull heavy objects horizontally or tilted. There are three types of winches: manual winches, electric winches and hydraulic winches. Precautions when using the winch
The wire ropes on the drum should be arranged neatly. If overlapping or diagonal winding is found, the machine should be stopped and rearranged. It is strictly prohibited to pull or step on the wire rope with hands or feet during rotation. The wire rope is not allowed to be completely released and should be retained for at least three turns.

During operation, no one is allowed to cross the wire rope. After the object (object) is lifted, the operator is not allowed to leave the winch. Objects or cages should be lowered to the ground during rest periods.
During operations, the driver and signalman must maintain good visibility with the hoisted objects. The driver and signalman should cooperate closely and obey the unified command of the signal.
If there is a power outage during operation, the power supply should be cut off and the lifting object should be lowered to the ground.
. When working, you must obey the signal from the commander. When the signal is unclear or may cause an accident, the operation should be suspended until the situation is clarified before continuing the operation.
If there is a sudden power outage during operation, the gate knife should be opened immediately and the transported objects should be put down.
After the operation is completed, the material tray should be dropped to the ground and the electrical box should be locked.
During the use of the wire rope, local damage due to wear and tear of machinery and spontaneous combustion corrosion is unavoidable. Protective oil should be applied at intervals.

During use, be careful not to cause knotting, flattening, arc damage, or corrosion by chemical media.
High-temperature objects must not be hoisted directly, and protective plates must be added to angular objects.
. The steel wire rope used should be checked frequently during use. If it reaches the scrap standard, it should be scrapped immediately.
